Lehmann IT introduces the EDGE COMPUTING CoolRack, a self-contained server cabinet built for environments where data needs to be processed right where it's generated rather than in a remote cloud data center. As connected machines, sensors, and IoT devices generate growing volumes of time-sensitive data, latency-critical applications — from production-line control to real-time monitoring — increasingly need compute power on-site rather than routed through a distant data center. Manufactured entirely in Germany, the EDGE COMPUTING CoolRack integrates everything needed for standalone operation: rack climate control, fire early detection, a rack monitoring Ethernet box, a UPS rated at 5,000 to 10,000 watts, and an automatic door opener, with an optional fire-protection housing available for additional security.
