Custom Server Cabinets in Company Colors – Built Entirely In-House by Lehmann IT
by Marketing
Salach, Germany — Lehmann IT has delivered a new set of custom server racks tailored to a customer’s corporate identity, featuring a bold orange finish and precision-engineered construction. But this project goes far beyond color: every component of these cabinets was manufactured in-house at Lehmann IT’s German facility, showcasing the company’s full-spectrum production capabilities.
Unlike providers who rely on third-party parts or outsourced assembly, Lehmann IT controls the entire process — from sheet metal fabrication to final paintwork and packaging. This vertical integration ensures unmatched quality, flexibility, and speed, allowing customers to request any kind of rack, in any quantity, with full confidence in the result.
The orange cabinets were part of a tailored infrastructure solution designed to match the client’s technical requirements and visual branding. Whether it’s acoustic insulation, IP-rated protection, fire resistance, integrated cooling, or special dimensions, Lehmann IT builds racks that fit — functionally and aesthetically.
“We don’t just assemble racks — we build them from the ground up,” says a company spokesperson. “Every screw, panel, and weld is done in-house. That’s how we guarantee true Made in Germany quality.”
This project highlights Lehmann IT’s ability to scale from one-off prototypes to full production runs, with no compromise on customization. Customers can choose their own colors, dimensions, ventilation systems, cable management layouts, and more — all backed by German engineering and decades of infrastructure expertise.
Whether for data centers, industrial facilities, mobile deployments, or office environments, Lehmann IT delivers server cabinets that are built to perform and built to last.
